Your Crisis Team

Kate Morgan

Kate Morgan of Keller Williams Plano and Alumni of Texas Women’s University was watching the late news in the summer of 2016 and witnessed the increase need for housing in the Denton, Texas area. It stated 147 Freshman where displaced for the upcoming Fall 2016 school year. The dorms are at capacity and not able to house any more students. Freshman by TWU rule have to live in the dorms their freshman year. Leaving Sophomores all the way to Seniors looking for alternative means in finding housing.

Once Kate was able to identify the need and problem, she was able to assembly a team that could work with the needs of the community. James Hoglen, withBenchmark Mortgage was the perfect fit.

The program is called Crisis 147 and how the program works is instead of paying someone elses mortgage for the next 4-6 years while your child goes to Texas Women’s University or University of North Texas.  Your are not just buying a place for your kid to live.  You are  investing in property, and yourself as well. Eliminating the need or worry about housing for your child and have a long term investment in property. We find properties (homes) for you and have you team up with James of Benchmark Mortgage to go over all your lender needs.   James  takes a consultative approach to the whole process.  It is not what he thinks is best, it is about options, and what you think is best for you and your family.

Please contact Kate  or James directly for all of your Real Estate and lending needs. If you have a property you would like to put on the market, please contact Kate .

We are happy to help, give us a call. Please ask us questions! We both have a passion for educating our homebuyers/investors throughout the whole process.
